At what speed are the web
servers connected ?
The web hosting servers are located in a secure Data Centre
in Dublin, Ireland and connected to the Internet backbone through
high-speed 100Mb/s ports.
The web hosting servers are monitored around the clock, and
the high-speed Internet connections help to achieve greater
than 99.99% reliability.
How do I access my sites control panel ?
Your web hosting account can be fully managed by using your
control panel. The control panel for your site is at: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
or alternatively you can replace the domain name with the server
IP address:
http://217.115.114.212/cpanel (This is partically
useful if your domain name servers haven't yet been changed
over). When you access your web hosting control panel's URL,
you will be prompted for your username and password.
How do I access my Email?
To access your e-mail from web interface (POP3/WebMail) allowing you to use any computer:
http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ (note the trailing
slash), or
http://217.115.114.212/webmail/
Either will go directly to WebMail without going into your web
hosting control panel. (Note: for additional email accounts
that it is necessary to log in with the full email address as
username).
To setup Outlook or Outlook Express 5.x
Start Outlook or Outlook Express. Click Tools and choose Accounts.
In the "Internet Accounts Windows" click Add and choose Mail.
Fill in your name and click Next. Click "I already have an e-mail
address that I'd like to use" and fill in your email address.
Click Next. On the "Email Servers Name" page, fill in the server
information. "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server." The
incoming mail server should be: mail.yourdomain.com Outgoing
(SMTP) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (enter your mailbox
username in the account name field, and the password below.
Click Next and then Finish).
To setup Netscape Messenger/Composer
After loading Netscape Composer, choose Edit and then Preferences. Click on Identity and add your personal information. Click on Mail Server. The SMTP (outgoing mail) server should be the outgoing server of your ISP's. Your incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.co.uk (put your username in the mail server user name box).

To access the POP3 account(s) for your domain, configure your e-mail client to use the following information:
Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: Please use your ISP's outgoing mail server. If you are unsure what these settings should be, please contact your ISP.
Email passwords can be changed through your web hosting control panel.
Can I upgrade my account or add more features ?
You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan at anytime.

SSL: With increased fraud on the internet many customers will
not purchase items unless the site is secure, (https://) Do
you need a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for your website? We offer
a shared secure cert, (this will not show your domain URL in
the address bar, but it is free and secure). Or You can purchase
a secure cert from us, which we will install on the web server
for you for free. The RapidSSL costs €24.95 per year. Requirements:
Your web hosting account will need to be put onto a unique IP
(this we do at no extra charge). The admin contacts at the Whois
registry where your domain name is registered must be set to
your information, (if we registered the domain name for you
this will already have been done). You will need to approve
the certificate in the email the registry will send you. We
can then install it. To order a RapidSSL please email support
(or use the contact form on our website).
How do I establish pointed domains ?
Pointed domains are useful if you want access to a web site
by more than one domain name. Simply contact us, and provide
the domain name you want pointed and we can do this for you,
or you can do this yourself through your web hosting control
panel.
There is no additional charge (maximum 3 pointed domains).
How do I establish sub-domains ?
This is done through your web hosting control panel. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us.
What is the preferred method of payment ?
We accept payment by either Visa or Mastercard credit card.
If you would prefer to pay for your web hosting by Cheque, please
email us prior to submitting the online order form on this site.
